Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time users of our monthly subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund.

2. Annual and Enterprise Plans

Payments made towards annual or enterprise plans are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

3. Ineligible Refunds

• Refunds will not be granted if services were actively used, such as successful bookings or payment integrations.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused days after cancellation.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, send an email to admin@planrr.in with your account details, reason for the request, and invoice number.

5. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be issued to the original method of payment.
