2. Services

Planrr provides a SaaS platform for appointment bookings and payment integrations through third-party providers like Razorpay and Paytm.

3. User Accounts

You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

• Users must connect their own Razorpay, Paytm, or other supported payment gateway credentials.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.
• Invoices will be sent automatically via email.

5. License

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use our platform for your business purposes only.

6. Termination

Planrr may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, misuse, or non-payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Planrr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including payment failures or data loss caused by third-party integrations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
